Steps to Transfer Contacts from Nexus 4/5 to iPhone 6/6S

Step 1. Launch Mobile Trans and Select the Mode

Install and run Mobile Trans, you will see some functions in a window, just click the blue and biggest part "Phone to Phone Transfer".

Step 2. Connect your devices to PC

When the program enter the next UI, you can connect your Nexus and iPhone to your computer via USB cables. And set Nexus on the left and iPhone on the right. If you reverse, you can click "Flip" to change them.
