How Recover Deleted SMS Messages on Samsung Galaxy C9

Steps to Recover Lost Text Messages on Samsung Galaxy C9


 

Step 1. Launch Samsung Galaxy Recovery and Choose the Mode

 
Firstly, launch Samsung Galaxy Recovery and a window will appear with four mode on the left sidebar, click the mode "Android Data Recovery". Then connect your Samsung Galaxy C9 via USB cable. If you have not yet enable the USB debugging, the program will show you a pop-up message on your Samsung device and need to enable it, so that the program can detect your phone soon.




 

Step 2. Select the File Types to Scan

 
Once the program recognize your device, it will enter the next interface and you can choose the types of files you want to recover. To get back the lost SMS, here let us check the "Messaging" box and click "Next".


 

Step 3. Scan the Lost Messages from Your C9

 
Then, there will be two kinds of scanning mode for you to choose. One is "Standard Mode", another is "Advanced Mode". We recommend you to select the first because it can have a faster scanning process. Click "Start" and wait the scanning process patiently.


 

Step 4. Preview and Recover the Selected Text Messages

 
When the scanning process completed, the program will show you the scanned result. The types of files is on the left side of this window and the right side is their detail. If you want to check the lost data only, you can turn on the button upper "Display deleted files only". After you select all files you wanted, click the "Recover" button.
